How come I am receiving an invalid username and password message when I login to library databases from off campus?
Student passwords need to be reset every 120 days. Click here for more information on resetting passwords. If you do not need to reset your password, please follow these troubleshooting database access steps
After following the troubleshooting steps, contact a librarian or the Customer Service Center at (219) 989-2888, and select option 2 for username and password assistance.
