Why is there no full-text for some articles when I am searching the CINAHL with Full-Text database?
Like many other databases, CINAHL with Full-Text contains citations and abstracts only as well as full-text articles. Not every article in CINAHL is avalable in full-text. It is called CINAHL with Full-Text because there is a CINAHL database with no full-text articles at all. Citations to articles can be useful in your research, because you can check to see if they are available in full-text in another database by following the steps listed on this page. If you find a citation in CINAHL, make sure to check to see if the full-text is available in one of our other library database.
For example, some of the journals that do not provide full-text access in CINAHL are available in full-text in the Wiley Online Library, Sage Journals Online, and Science Direct databases.
