How do I reset my password through Outlook Web Access?
Note: This is for staff and faculty users
Recently PUC has migrated to Exchange 2010. Although users of the desktop client will not see many changes, users of the Outlook Web Access (OWA) will have a much more up to date client that more closely resembles the desktop version.
You will still be able to do all of the things you used to in the old OWA, plus much more, although some of the features may have moved. The following steps will guide you through resetting your password through the new OWA.
1. When logged into Outlook Web Access, find and click Options in the upper right corner, and choose Change Your Password… from the list.
2. Enter your Current Password, and then your New Password (twice) and click Save below.
