How do I check the status of a service request in TeamDynamix?
1. Log in to TeamDynamix.
2. On your "Desktop" you should see a channel called My Submitted Tickets. In this area, you will seen any OPEN tickets that you have submitted. Click the Title of the request you want to view.
3. A new window will come up and you will see the following:
The Details section has information about the ticket such as the department of the requestor (the person who submitted the ticket), the type of service request, the requestor's phone number and email address, the time and date of the ticket creation, the due date - the date the request must be completed by, and the description of the issue, if any.
The Feed section will show any comments that have been made on this issue. You can add a comment with any extra information yourself by clicking on the green Comment button.
The Attachments section will display any files that are attached to this ticket. If you forgot to attach a file, or need to attach more items after the ticket was created, you can do so by clicking the green Add button.
The Read By section will show you what users or technicians have viewed the ticket and when.
The My Active Alerts section will display any alerts you are to receive such as if any type of change is made or the ticket is completed.
